Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are over and above the cost
of the artwork, both framed and unframed. Approximate rates are $20.00 for framed/unframed paintings by regular
post with a minimum charge of $7.00 for cards and bookmarks.
Goods will be shipped by Canada Post with a delivery time of approximately one to two weeks. Arrangements may be
made for faster delivery at an extra charge to the purchaser. Goods will be sent in a careful manner and will be
guaranteed to arrive whole. Therefore, a guarantee is in effect for safe arrival except for handling after pickup
from the point of arrival by mail service or courier service.
Privacy and Security
By accessing this site, you agree to be
bound by the terms and conditions of the company. All information received by us will be held in strict confidence
and will not be distributed to anyone for any reason. Credit card numbers are not kept on the site and are received
by other methods with encryption security.
Payment of Account
Once In A Blue Moon will be using PayPal
in the New Year. Until then, it is recommended that you fax credit card information to 780-865-7496 for security
reasons.
When making purchases or other transactions through the Once In A Blue Moon site on the Internet, you may be asked
to supply certain information and forms of payment to the service provider including credit card or other payment
mechanisms. You agree that all information you provide will be accurate and complete. You agree to pay all charges
incurred by you or other users of your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will
also be responsible for paying all applicable taxes, if any, relating to purchases on the Once In A Blue Moon site.
Once In A Blue Moon is in no way responsible for any charges you or any user of your account incur when making
purchases or other transactions in this manner.
Recourse
If you are dissatisfied with the Once In
A Blue Moon site or with the terms and conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices, your sole and exclusive
remedy is to discontinue using the site.
You agree to defend, and hold Once In A Blue Moon harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including
